Doctors are human too, and sometimes it pays to have more than one mind thinking about your case. Instead of a rushed consultation with a single doctor, your case is followed by a team simultaneously. Answer a few questions, and our doctors will analyze them to tell you if the program makes sense for you. That is what the test decides. No obligation.
Continuous follow-up
Our doctors monitor your case continuously, supporting your family doctor. If you do not have a family doctor, they will step into that role.
Immediate needs
When an immediate need arises such as a driver's license certificate, a sick note, or a prescription renewal our doctors handle it quickly.
Second opinions
Before you agree to a treatment or a major medical decision, our doctors give you a second opinion. They confirm what makes sense, clarify doubts, and present alternatives when they exist.
Digital documents
The SNS (National Health Service) gets lost in its own paperwork. We gather your medical history in one place, in a digital format, so that any doctor can see the full picture without forcing you to repeat everything all over again.

That is how it works today. In the public system, you can wait weeks or months between each of these steps, and every doctor has to read your record from the very beginning. In the private system, you pay not to wait, but you pay at every step. In the end, you rack up consultations and exams without most of them being justified. On one side it is expensive, on the other it is slow, and in neither is there anyone looking at the whole picture.

Real cases that made a difference
Case 1: A 65-year-old man with chronic low back pain was recommended for a lumbar arthrodesis (a spinal fusion surgery presented as the only way to resolve his symptoms). The second opinion concluded that the intervention was not indicated and that the imaging findings alone did not explain the reported pain. Conservative treatment with targeted rehabilitation was chosen, and the patient fully recovered without ever undergoing surgery.
Case 2: A 48-year-old woman with a recurrent disc herniation and isolated pain at the L4 level was evaluated by two different specialties. The spine surgeon proposed an instrumented spinal fusion, whereas the pain specialist recommended neuromodulation without arthrodesis. The diagnosis was exactly the same in both cases, but each recommendation followed the logic of its respective specialty. Instead of following one specialty from the start, the CW1 team reviewed both proposals together and presented them to the patient side by side, outlining the risks and gains of each. With the full picture in front of her, she was able to make an informed choice without being held hostage to the logic of a single specialist.
